Another piece of fun
got cooked up at Brigham Young university. The students had planned
elaborately to have their share of joy
and excitement. They had zeroed in to play water balloons with much gusto. The group of 3,927
participants gathered 1,20,021 water balloons to splash on each other.
It was like rekindling the joys of childhood for the
students. Each one of them got to the act together and the child like
enthusiasm popped out of their faces
when the balloon fight took off in full swing.
The previous record for the Largest Balloon fight counted to
3902 students with 119211 balloons set
by the students from university of Kentucky.
The organizers aimed to crash the previous record by
splashing as many balloons as possible and getting as many participants to do
the act.
We are sure many of them would have been more than happy to do it. One was mainly to be a proud member of a world record breaking attempt and secondly for the sole joy of doing it. The entire atmosphere looked awesome. Amidst such enthusiasm Kyle Andrews’s music video was being played which added to the camaradie.

Each member was given a 30 filled water balloon and with T shirts they started hitting out at each other. The time frame of six minutes could not be
considered too long for the students as they began enjoying each and every bit
of the act. An American Red Cross blood
drive also followed the post-battle lunch.
One B-Y-U student who participated says she hopes this record lasts for awhile, so she can brag to her family and friends. Further 330 balloons had to be fired per second so it was like holding together everyone’s interests and anxiety.
