Expensive Hamburger Treat

Hamburgers have been the  most sought after modern day food culture. Hunger pangs among the youth  get satisfied when they opt for a hamburger, Pizzas or rolls  as these are the types of foods which appease their taste buds. In   times of fast paced technology and our race against time has left very little time for youth  to make a choice for a healthier option but to give in to the demands of the tongue by choosing fast foods. Mc Donald the name which has for generations  has become synonymous with Hamburgers have made their fortune  over a period of time with the current eating pattern of the youth brigade.
But  here is somebody who has gone the youth way  for a philanthropic purpose. Hide your wallets.  New York's Serendipity 3 restaurant has invented the world's most expensive burger  clocking in at a shocking $295. The burger, invented in honor of National Hamburger Month (otherwise known as May), features a patty of Japanese Waygu beef infused with 10-herb white truffle butter and seasoned with Salish Alderwood smoked Pacific sea salt. It's topped with cheddar cheese, hand-made and cave-aged for 18 months by famed cheese maker James Montgomery of Somerset, England. There are also shaved black truffles, a fried quail egg, a  blini, creme fraiche, Kaluga caviar and a white truffle-buttered Campagna roll. The final  touch? Wait for it -- a solid gold "Fleur de Lis" toothpick, encrusted with diamonds, designed by world-renowned jeweler Euphoria New York. Serendipity isn't trying to cash out; they're donating all profits to the Bowery Mission, which serves homeless and hungry New Yorkers.
The World's Most Expensive Hamburger is made of:
Japanese Wagyu beef patty: This "Kobe-style" meat is known for its high quality.
10-herb white truffle butter: A flavorful, creamy butter is infused into the beef.    Salish Alderwood Pacific sea salt: Spice gives it a distinct, smoky flavoring.
Cheddar cheese: This cheese is hand-formed by an English cheese maker and cave-aged (stored in caves with static humidity) for 18 months.
Shaved black truffles: Once referred to as the "diamond of the kitchen," these pungent items are related to the mushroom.
Quail egg: Fried and placed atop the burger.
Campagna Roll: Flavored with white-truffle butter.
Kaluga caviar: From Paramount Caviar, these pearls come on top of the roll and feature a buttery, nutty taste.  The World's Most Expensive Hamburger also comes with a "solid-gold, diamond-encrusted toothpick. However the record setting Hamburger was available for only a limited period with advance booking   of 48 hours  was required to be done to have a toast of the royal  feast.
The most expensive Hamburger was valued at $295 and was set by Serendipity 3 at New York City, United States of America on May 27,2012.
