King Omlette made by Turkish Chefs

If you believe  that a particular food  is healthy then if you want your message to get a  wide acceptance then you dish out a recipe  using that particular food type as the main ingredient.  The recipe needs to be large enough to attract the attention of the world and yes you need to do it in a grand manner. So the same way in order to get the world   believe the fact that eggs are truly healthy and also cheap  the Turkish chefs  got together with their chef caps and aprons on. The Turkish Egg Producers Association   celebrated the World Egg Day  making the right use of the moment.
The Chefs cooked  an omlette  weighing  six tonnes. It consumed about 432 liters of oil  and 1,10,000 eggs . The final output was the product of the efforts of 10 chefs and 50 cooks  on a 10 meter  round frying pan.  The omelette recipe was created by Suleyman Ascioglu, executive chef at Rixos Grand Ankara Hotel. The record was attempted to promote eggs as the primary  food source. The Turkish Omlette  surpassed the previous record for the largest omlette set by Pick N Pay  which weighed  just 3.625  tonnes at Cape Town, South Africa on October 9, 2009.
The Largest Omlette  weighed six tonnes and consisted of 1,10,000 eggs was set by Turkish Chefs at Ankara, Turkey on October 11, 2010.
