The famous beachside Hotel in Kerala’s  capital city of Thiruvananthapuram   proved that they too are not far behind  in staging world record attempts. They are a good hotel so they would do everything possible to be known  in the foodie circles. This kind of determines their business performance too. A hotel would always try to be the finest player in the food and hospitality sector. In this way it could garner   the attention of more tourists and gain International prominence.

Iyer further  added for a long time no record was staged on food and the tallest sandwich dished out by the hotel was a gift from the hotel to the nation.
