Golden Speckled Egg gets the Midas Effect

You might be aware of the $100000 most expensive   Easter egg   but now London Based Chocolatier William Curley   is a proud world record holder for crafting the luxurious chocolate egg that has been tipped out on auction. The priceless egg has been christened as the ‘Golden Speckled Egg’   during Faberge’s Big egg Hunt. The Egg weighed 110 pound  and was  made by Curley and team  to perfection. This contemporary and stylish chocolate egg was bought by the technology investor Cyrus Vandrevala for $10,000.
The makers, William and Suzue Curley haven’t compromised on flavor of this egg, as they made it with the Amadei chocolate from the Chuao region of Venezuela, one of the world’s finest and famous chocolates. To handcraft this sweet monolith, seven of the top skilled chocolatiers at the William Curley’s Twickenham production kitchen took total of three days. Filled with the Curley favorites, the winner of gold awards from the Academy of Chocolate, including Japanese black vinegar, toasted sesame, muscovado caramel, rosemary and olive oil and juniper berry and cassis, this Golden Speckled Egg is also accented with edible gold leaf.
Gordon Innes, CEO   London & Partners, the capital’s promotional organization, said: "London & Partners is delighted to be working with The Faberge Big Egg Hunt, which is raising money for charities Action for Children and Elephant Family. Their stunning eggs dotted around London over the last month have enthralled us all. Our multi-record breaking World Record London shines a spotlight on the many exciting special events and attractions that visitors can experience while visiting London this year. There has never been a better time to come to the capital.
