The Cinnamon Club in London has created a
dish designed to be the world's hottest curry - and it comes with a health
warning. The warning is that taste the dish at your
own risk. Do not get afraid we mean to say that the dish looks fabulous but if you take a bite of it could leave you drinking bouts
of water and may be even your eyes red
and watery. So if you see someone trying the dish and a gush of smoke coming
out of his ears then you better beware of the consequences. Here prospective Diners are required to sign a disclaimer
before having the dish that they are
aware of its subsequent spicy consequences.
The dish named ‘Bollywood Burner’ a name so aptly given because of the amount of spice it has to really offer you. The dish has been
mastered to perfection by Indian Chef Vivek Singh who has dared to add some of the most fieriest ingredients available globally. The dish was inspired by
cuisine from Hyderabad, the state capital of Andhra Pradesh in India, the dish
includes the Naga pepper and its seeds which, on the Scoville scale that measures the piquancy of peppers,
has a figure of 855,000 - more than 100 times hotter than the jalapeno pepper
that measures 8,000 on the scale.
Toby Steele a student was the first to try his hand tasting the recipe and he said that initially it was fine but with a couple of minutes the hot spices start to do their tricks on you. Mr. Singh the daring Chef to have made the curry said that the Bollywood Burner could essentially be the hottest curry on earth and also added that this dish would not feature in the regular menu card but he would only make it on the customers demand. Singh feels that this curry is too extreme to be served on regular basis. The lamb based dish has been given a thorough chilly twist that makes people sweat and jump around under the spell of the heavy spices. So initially the Bollywood Burner could give you an array of flavours but within a few seconds the heat would set in.

said that they wanted to encourage
people to try something new be it a
Bollywood film or a spicy new curry like this one.
