Italian Eatery cooks a mega Meat Ball (Record Superseded)

For all those who have a fetish for red meat this one is going to be good news for you to read. An Italian Eatery in Concorde has gone all the way to make a huge meat ball to remind everyone that Meat balls first originated   from the East Coast.  Matthew Mitnitsky the owner of Nonni’s Italian Eatery in Concord created a 222.5 pound ( 100.92 Kg).
Before the record attempt   Mitnitsky was reported as a saying that he is known for making big things from   something small. Mitnitsky was motivated to make meat balls because in all his three restaurant locations it was meat balls that topped the list of choices for the customers. Meat balls were sold maximum and   majority of his clients from all his three branches loved their meat balls.  Hence Mitnitsky decided to make the meat balls   larger than life size as a tribute to the dish that got him noticed among the foodie crowd. Further he insisted that the meat ball that took three days to get completely cooked was fully edible .
He added that if one wanted to break their record then   the meat ball must be on a larger scale version   of the normal food   item having the same classic  ingredients . He also challenged that it had to be made in   a day and should be edible too.
Mitnitsky had beaten the previous record for the largest Meat Ball which weighed   a mere 198.6   pounds. To celebrate the achievement, the restaurant held a meatball eating contests and a children ' meatball ladle run. Mitnitsky Meatball was later donated to the Friendly kitchen  in Concord to feed  the hungry .
The Largest Meatball weighed 100.92 Kg and was set by Nonni’s Italian Eatery Owner Matthew Mitnitsky at Concord, New Hampshire, United State of America on November 4, 2009.
