Largest Samba Dance

The Krohn Conservatory in Cincinnati has rich collection of 3500 plant species. The conservatory got completed in 1933 and is named in honour of Irwin M. Krohn. The conservatory performed a Samba dance to celebrate the opening of the ‘Butterflies of Brazil’ show.
The conservatory in its effort to celebrate the Butterflies of Brazil show gathered hundreds of people to do a samba number at Fountain Square. A good total of 300 persons came together to do a samba dance.
The participants were too excited and said that the fact they were prompted to do this was that they had not seen any major Samba Dance record in the record books earlier. The last Samba Dance record counted to just 250 participants on board.
Participants wore blue, yellow or green which depicted the colours of the Brazil. The record was like portraying Brazil whole heartedly.  Jeremy Mainous, owner of the Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Blue Ash, led the dance sequence.
The largest Samba dance counted to 300 persons and was set by Krohn Conservatory at Cincinnati, Ohio, United States of America on April 27, 2011.
