Most Participants Blowing Conch Shells

We have heard the sound of conch shells in temples. The sound is loud and gives out an auspicious and pious feeling within the moment we hear it. They are used as wind instruments prepared by cutting a  hole in the spire of the shell near the apex .Then as the air is blown into the shell the sound  would appear as though  it were a trumpet sound.
Many enthusiasts gathered at Sundowners restaurant  to refine their blowing skills.  A bunch of hundred and twenty  seven persons came fully prepared  to blow conch shells simultaneously. And there were no age restrictions either to stage the record attempt. Many elderly persons, and children came in armed with conch shells. So everybody out there were only excited to create a world record so the age did not seem to bother them at all.
Here is an example to testify that if you are passionate at something then probably nothing can stop you from getting what you really want in life. The 127 persons took deep   breaths to reenergize and oxidize themselves for the record. They blew the shells to create a loud  sound. It  might have felt as though there could have been a  herd of elephants marching  forward making their trumpeting sound.
The most number of persons blowing Conch shells counted to 127  at Sundowners Restaurant, Key Largo, Florida, United States of America on July 24, 2009.

  1. it is really great to know something like this blowing shells would really combat all evils from the surrounding and it is really pious. this type of religious practice faded from the indian society which was once considered as an important religious practice in the olden days. but now we are upgrading the practice. we blow shells to bring back the powerful religious method of hindus thereby creating good vibrations around the people
