Largest Snowball

A snowball may also be a large ball of snow formed by rolling a smaller snowball on a snow-covered surface. The smaller snowball grows by picking up additional snow as it rolls. This was the kind of stuff done by the group of youngsters.Yes we shall take a closer look on how these guys actually set out to roll the Largest Snowball.
It took about two hours for a group of University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth students (Wes Fowlks, Michael Parisi, Brian Hassett, Greg Dorman, Jimmy Tice, Mark McCulley, Kevin Donovan, Wes Meserve, Ben DeLuca and Andy Wu) to roll a massive 7-foot, 4-inch snowball on a field at the school; the ball has a circumference of 23 feet, 2 inches - setting the new world record for the Largest Snowball ever rolled.
This fun activity for the guys in rolling the snowball helped them beat the world record as well.As the previous Largest Snowball measured a circumference of 22ft,0.057 inches set by Galileo TV  Reporter Katrin Hess from Germany  at Pitztal Glacier  in Tyrol,Austria.
The Largest Snowball was measured by Dr. Nima Rahbar of the school's Civil Engineering Department. This was their second ambitious attempt to roll out a snowball. As the first one they had rolled got destroyed by vandal attack before even they could take the measurement.Fowlks one of the snowball creators estimated the weight of the snowball to be  around 6195 pounds.Their efforts were authenticated as the rolling of the snowball was being chronicled on the video for a complete standout evidence.
The Largest Snowball measured a massive 7ft 4 inches with a circumference of 23 ft ,2 inches was set by the University of Massachusetts,Dartmouth,United States of America on February 3,2011.
