Longest Friendship Bracelet

That shows Friendship can just stretch long long  enough if the will to keep the friendship alive is sincere for both the parties.Now this can even stand the test of time if both the friends are really headstrong for each other.This was probably  even the fourth grade  children at Owingsville Elelmentary  school  would agree too.
 They Along with their teacher Jessica Goldy  created more than 3799 bracelet links  and when the links were connected to one another  measured 810 ft long bracelet .
The idea for the bracelet came about after the school hosted a Friendship Day, which gave students in different grade levels the ability cultivate and unite friendships. The students wanted to celebrate the day by fostering its ideals through a physical symbol.
The whole concept of the school was to stay united  and do something worthwhile together  and learn in the process so that it remains etched in your memory.By creating the world record for the longest friendship bracelet the school not only refurbished the essence of friendship and harmony but also made the day  worth to remembering for all in the times to come.
Now that stands a s a foolproof evidence to the school's motto of nurturing the child  through relevant and positive instruction so that it would instigate each child to rise to her full potential.
The school was picked out of a nationwide response to the partnership between Carson Dellosa Publishing and Jessica Goldy became a proud recipient of the $1,000 Carson-Dellosa Publishing gift certificate.
That was a mission well done and also turned out to end on a high note  as it served  as  an  encouragement to the School,teacher and the students by setting a world record.
The Longest Friendship bracelet  counted to 3799 links and measured 810 ft in length was set by Owingsville Elementary School at Owingsville,Kentucky,United States of America on May 28,2011.
