Longest Meeting Table

This can be called  as the  grandfather to all tables in the world.Excel London has really made a master table that  can just fit anything placed on it.Yes this gesture was set to mark the National Meetings Week 2007.Excel London displayed the 80 meter long giant meeting table to the world.
Also taking part in the record were 200 students of Britannia Village Primary School.The Managing Director of Excel London Vanessa Cotton  was pleased to unleash the huge table and said that this was to support the National Meetings week and expressed happiness that the local primary school was also taking part in the record attempt.
The comapny roped in the children and took the opportunity to discuss  healthy eating habits with them.The officials also stressed on the importance of  getting their five pieces of fruits and vegetables  a day to the students.
National Meetings Week (5th-19th October 2007) was then in  its seventh year.It raised  awareness of the significant contribution the meetings and events industry makes to  the UK economy each year.
That was about meetings,staging discussions and convening conferences.These are an integral part of modern day business.Most of the active business people and corporate honchos spend half of their working life facing meetings.Direct face to face meetings are commonly preferred over emails and phone talks especially when it comes to deciding crucial business decisions.
