Largest Portrait made of Dice

As the famous quotes goes everyone hears to what you say but friends listen to what you have to say and best friends listen to what you don't say.Friends are some one who understand you  a bit more than you understand yourself. That was all we can say about this heart warming story.Fredrick Mc Swain  sets the record flying by creating the largest portrait made of dice and the portrait named Die of his late friend Tobias Wong.He hascrafted this portrait meticulously  using as much as 13,138 dice  equalling to 13,138 days  Tobias Wong  aged 35 years lived on this earth.Canadian Artist and designer Tobias Wong  had died and this was a tribute to the late Wong by his friend McSwain  who fondly remembers his pal as a the most funniest person to ahve ever lived on this planet.
Tobias Wong exactly lived for 13,138 days and hence this portrait made in his memory is made  of 13,138 dice which means every die  dedicated for each day Wong  had  lived. This was apart of the Broken off Broken off Exhibition  at the Gallery R'pure in New York City.
Frederick Mc Swain reminisces  each day he had  spent with Wong as a monumental occassion.Tobias Wong had a larger than life presence and he had a different way of seeing the world and almost reacted similar to the butterfly effect. These are few facts McSwain  mentions about his  deceased friend .In this way by creating the largest portrait made of dice he has not only brought himself fame but has also in the process immortalised his late  friend which would never be etched out with the sands of time.Frederick McSwain does not believe his best friend Wong deserved a portrait to be hanged on the walls as walls are something we do not always have a direct contact with. But felt it appropriate enough to be installed on the floor because floors are something you have the direct physical interaction.By installing the portait on the floor he felt he had a medium established with his friend and hoped to keep their friendship alive by staying in touch with this constant medium in the years to come.

He has been so inspired by his friend that he describes him as a street level force. In his short life Wong has left behind a huge legacy of inspiration he almost carried along with him during his  entire life.
The dice portrait is named 'Die'to elaborate on the randomness  of life.Life is a journey for each one born in this world  and the essence of birth itself is for a  purpose and once the purpose stands completed death knocks in to end the  physical journey.
Frederick  MCSwain created the largest Dice portrait of his late friend Tobias Wong in New York City,United States of America on February 12,2012.
