Getting Chocolaty for Christmas

It   is really   a welcome treat to our taste buds to feast on chocolates. If   researches   are correct it is said that chocolates can help   eradicate depressions to an extent. So   it is certainly a   boon for many chocolate lovers and all those   who are having mood  upswings  to  delve  themselves in to a nice creamy chocolate  party. We understand that your mouth might be watering now but hold them on as   we still have some more chocolaty   news   to   share with you.
Have you heard of Patrick  Rogers  ? Then we must say he could well be declared as the new Chocolate man of the decade. Rogers has unveiled a   massive 32 ft   tall, 8000 pounds  chocolate Christmas tree. So he has taken utmost care to make your Christmas celebration utterly delicious  adding some more flavor to your merry  Christmas mood.
The chocolate Christmas tree sculpture was   displayed at Sceaux , South of Paris.  As  some of our Chef friends  would also vouch  that  often delicious yummy recipes are not so easy to make either. The Chocolate Christmas Tree  took  a month to get the final touches  and Rogers  ended up using $45,000  worth  of 65 per cent  dark chocolate. So a lot of effort has gone in the way of creating this yummy master piece.
This proved that   the chocolate Christmas   tree   has smashed the earlier   sculpture which measured  a paltry 22 ft in height and was set by Alain Roby  at a HongKong  Shopping Center. Although   the Hong Kong record was not officially declared  the current record set by Rogers seems to have well gone ahead of  that.
Patrick Roger is one of France's most famous chocolatiers. He was named best French artisan-chocolatier in 2000, an award for professionals combining art and taste and proving to be worthy representatives of French gastronomy.
Roger's laboratory also features a wide range of other chocolate sculptures, including small   Santas   and reindeers.
And all this chocolate experience   ended up on   philanthropic note as well. Patrick   Rogers  announced  that  he had  created this chocolate wonder  for charity. The parts of the tree would be auctioned off and   the proceeds would benefit an organization   that    is conducting research on Neuro muscular diseases.
The Tallest Chocolate Christmas Tree measured  32 ft in height and was set by Patrick Rogers at Paris, France on December 24,2010.
