Deepest A Cappella Performance

This was a terrific display of  scientific adventure. That was a true example of having reached the pinnacle of experimentation in music. The event made news  on January 1,2011. A nice innovative   way to welcome the  New Year  by taking music  not only to all parts of the globe but also  underground. The Ariadne  Women's   Chamber   of Sudbury, Ontario , recently took its act two kilometers underground in Vale Inco Limited.'s Creighton Mine in Sudbury in Ontario, Canada North America.
The twelve member team out of which 10 members donned special coveralls protective eye glasses and hard hats  descended along  with the  miners in to ‘ Cage’  Creighton’s mine , Vale Inco Limited .They spent the morning hours in the mine’s SNOLAB the deepest underground laboratory  used  for performing advanced physics experiments.
The   group assembled inside the lab and started to perform a variety of musical pieces including the tracks of Canadian composer Christine Donkin‘s Magnificat and Hodie.
They were inspired by the fact that the hall of the underground laboratory was big  enough  to get some descent sound  right there. They wanted to  get a different feel of giving a musical performance underground. They   wanted to set the record  unique and  Totally out of the world .The deepest underground laboratory famously used for  conducting physics experiments witnessed  a musical concert  setting new limits of creativity fused in a scientific environment.
