Longest Piano Concert

A traveller, guide to Siberia, pioneer of automobile expeditions across the extensive regions of Siberia, automobile pilot, writer, journalist, photographer, diver and musician-pianist Romuald Koperski has many feathers to his already decorated cap.The list goes on and on for this man  and may seem never ending when it comes to telling adventures and experiences .
And if these things did not satisfy you he has played the piano for 103 hours,8 seconds a mammoth task which he finished  off with much grace and dignity .His recital included classical music composition, jazz fragments and famous movie sound tracks.he finished his marathon performance by playing the song 'Fly me to the Moon'  written by Bart Howard in 1954 and enthralled the audience who gave a standing ovation to the pianist.
He felt it was a huge challenge completed as the concert demanded endurance, certain special abilities that makes the connection between the mind and the muscl stronger which was  very much needed to carry on this feat.
Further depriving your natural instinct to sleep despite the continous playing of tracks on the piano also had to be overcome by Koperski to emerge out victorious.H ehad earlier posted a record of performing for 54 hours non stop which was superseded by Hungarian Pianist Charles Brunner  in 2004.
Now the current one would be too high for other contenders to set their eyes on.Romuald Koperski accomplished the record of the Longest Piano concert in Gdansk,Poland on February 2,2010.
