Most People in Nativity scene

This seems like a fancy dress competition with all the colorfully dressed participants making their   appearances on stage. This was something   attempted   to   remind us of old traditions and practices. For this Nativity scenes could be one of the good options to revamp the old past . Nativity scenes exhibit figures representing the infant   Jesus   , his mother Mary, and Joseph. Other characters from the nativity story such ass, shepherds, the Magi and angels   may be displayed near the manger in a   cave. It was   intended to accommodate farm   animals. A   donkey   and an   ox   are typically depicted in the scene, as well as   camels   belonging to the Magi. Distinctive nativity scenes and traditions have been created around the world and are displayed during the Christmas season in   churches, homes,   shopping malls, and other venues, and occasionally on public lands and in public buildings. The organizers from Welton   Baptist Church   had wanted to create just that effect. They urged people to come   dressed   as   shepherds   to the event in Midsomer in Norton  . About 788 persons made up for the event.
This smashed the previous record set in Sassi di Matera, Italy   which stood at a mere   567  persons. The day's festivities started in mid-afternoon with Midsomer Norton library hosting a children's lantern-making workshop, and as day turned into night there was carol singing, music by   Radstock   Silver Band, and some late night shopping. Despite the cold and   rain  hundreds  of people had gathered there to support  the world record attempt  and watch the nativity scene. The participants were dressed as shepherds, wise men, angels for the nativity scene.
Midsomer Norton mayor Paul Myers   commented that   stewards at the gates   were  handing out  counters to everyone  dressed in nativity costume and  the counters had run  out at 600.
The most people in nativity scene counted to  788 persons and was set by Welton Baptist Church at Midsomer Norton,United Kingdom on December 4,2011.
